7 months pregnant

so I haven’t been on here in a really long time and I’m sure some of you are wondering why…well…not only have I been extremely busy with work and home related things I’m also pregnant I’m due may 21st I’m having a girl whom we are naming Hailey. After I have her I will be starting back up on exercising and so on. I just haven’t been very motivated to do anything during this pregnancy its taken allot out of me and I’ll admit I’ve been pretty lazy. Hopefully after I have the baby I regain my energy and be able to get back to losing some weight.

    First thing, you’re beautiful!

    With that out of the way…

    My wife just had a child, and actually, its a blessing for weight loss!

    Your body naturally commits itself to a weight loss mode through things like hormonal changes, the loss of calories through breastfeeding (400 calories a day, I believe) and the natural exertion of dealing with a very VERY needy baby for months after they’re born.

    Remember these things, and thank your new baby…they will help you, I am sure. :)

    Congrats on the baby!!!! She will be the best part of your life! As for the excercise….you’ll get back to it, no worries friend. You will be so busy with that new baby you will burn off calories at a constant rate. And breastfeeding will help alot. Anyways congrats again!!!
