getting back on the horse
well Ive gained alot of weight back because I havent been very strict with myself and now im getting back on the horse and trying again Im going to start eating in portions and exersising again everynight Ive been trying to tell myself I need this for my health and its really hard to listen to myself when I got a cake or some icecream yelling at me to eat it but Im going to try harder to control myself wish me luck!
I hear you girl. We all fall off that horse on occasion, but getting back on is the important part. Like I always say, we never fail till we stop trying! Great work getting back on track…remember that we’re here for you! You can do this!!

i KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN, AND TRUST ME IVE BEEN THERE! SO DONT FEEL LIKE YOURE ON YOUR OWN KEEP YOUR HOPES UP BECAUSE MANY OF US SUFFERED THE SAME THING THE FIRST WEEK IS ALWAYS THE HARDEST BUT AFTER YOU START GETTING USED TO IT AND REMEMBER YOU DONT HAVE TO COMPLETELY LEAVE SOMETHING YOU LIKE, ITS NOT HEALTHY, WE HAVE TO START LITTLE BY LITTLE. IF YOURE CRAVING SOMETHING HAVE A “TASTE” OF IT BUT THATS IT. THIS IS WHAT I DO AND IT HELPS BUT ONCE YOU DO JUST WALK AWAY FROM IT, YOU’LL FIGURE OUT THATS ITS ALL IN UR HEAD.
