need motivation

KICK IN THE BUTT time girlie. Get moving. You know you want this. There is probably nothing more in this world that you want other than to get to your goal weight.
Set yourself challanges…. like for the next 20 days I’ll stay on plan. Reward yourself with something other than food for every 5 days you stick to it and at the end of the 20 days, treat yourself to a pampering or something. Then once you’ve done 20 days…. do another 30!
Hey - get throught the first day, first 3 days, first week & it will get easier. Take it as a meal a time - a snack a time - make sure when ever u eat - 50% of it is healthy food - real healhty food. Excercise - go 3 times a wk - its not up for debate - just go - that’s how I deal with lack of motivation. ! I find if i take it meal by meal - the healthy days add up - u’ll start to see results! Hang on in there - Fight the fat monster!
Keep your chin up and keep on smiling. Call a friend when those temptations kick in, or go for a walk - that always helps clear the mind. Also writing down your thoughts in a journal also helps. But you did the right thing by putting your blog on here…take it one day at a time. You just have to remember things will get better!

take that bad energy you’ve got swirling around you and use it to fuel you to get motivated for exercise and healthy eating! Exercise can be a useful distraction for having a bad week. Don’t let the problems get you down, be grateful for the goods things in your life, and remember that each new day is going to be a better new day for you!
