I Exercised for an hour tonight basically my regular stuff belly dancing, carmen electra, and yoga. But tonight I threw in some ballet. Im really starting to notice a difference In how my body looks and alot of other people notice too. I had a few compliments today it made me feel beautiful, I loved it. Im gonna start weighing myself in the mornings instead of at night because of what some of you have told me about the true weight and all that stuff (thank you by the way) Tomarrow when I wake up Im gonna get on my sweat pants and a tank top and run around the block for an hour and then go hang out with some friends for a while and when I get home Ill do my regular routine. Now I only need to change my diet and Im set! Im going to cut out soda and junk food and start drinking water instead and eat veggies and fruits instead of chips and twinkies for snacks.
